Design and commission SDI and ST 2110 signal chains for live productions, from flypacks to arena-scale control rooms.
You will
- Design signal flows and redundancy plans for live shows
- Commission and maintain switching, routing and sync infrastructure
- Lead on-site engineering during productions
- Document systems and mentor junior engineers
You bring
- 4+ years in live broadcast engineering
- Fluency in SDI plants; working knowledge of ST 2110 and PTP
- Calm, methodical fault-finding under live conditions
- Willingness to travel to venues and events

Cut fast-format live programmes — sports and esports — from our REMI galleries and on-site control rooms.
You will
- Direct multi-camera live broadcasts up to 24 sources
- Build camera and observer plans with producers
- Call rehearsals and failure drills with full crews
- Review shows and drive continuous improvement
You bring
- Directing credits on live sports or esports broadcasts
- Deep familiarity with at least two major esports titles
- Clear, economical talkback under pressure
- Comfortable directing remote crews

Own the encode-and-delivery layer: encoder fleets, SRT contribution, multi-platform distribution and monitoring.
You will
- Operate and automate the encoder fleet across events
- Design contribution and distribution paths per show
- Build monitoring and alerting for stream health
- Run post-event delivery reviews with clients
You bring
- Hands-on experience with SRT/RIST and hardware encoders
- Comfort with networks: VLANs, QoS, firewalls, cloud ingest
- Scripting ability for automation (Python or similar)
- Track record keeping high-profile streams alive
Broadcast Motion DesignerCreativeHybrid · India HQFull-time
Design and operate real-time graphics packages — scoreboards, lower thirds, AR and full-screen motion — for live shows.
You will
- Design on-brand broadcast graphics packages
- Build real-time scenes driven by live data
- Operate graphics during live productions
- Collaborate with engineering on AR and XR looks
You bring
- Portfolio of broadcast or live-event motion design
- Experience with real-time engines or broadcast CG systems
- Strong typography and restraint — premium, not flashy
- Live operation experience a plus

Keep multi-city productions on schedule: crewing, logistics, rundowns and the thousand details between contract and show day.
You will
- Coordinate crew, travel and equipment logistics
- Maintain rundowns, call sheets and risk registers
- Liaise with venues, clients and rights holders
- Support producers through rehearsals and show days
You bring
- 2+ years coordinating live events or broadcasts
- Ruthless organisation and calm communication
- Comfort with schedule and budget tooling
