Careers

Calm hands wanted

We hire people who love the red light: the focus it demands, the teamwork it forces, the craft it rewards. If live broadcast is your idea of a good day, read on.

Show-day culture

Time off in lieu after event runs, real rest between productions, no glorified burnout.

Learn every chair

Cross-training across gallery roles is scheduled, not squeezed in. Engineers direct; directors patch.

Serious kit

You work with a maintained, current inventory — and a budget line for experimenting with what is next.

Global programmes

Arena finals, summits, tours. The work travels, and so will you (with sane rotas).
